Established in 1961, Changlin Company Ltd. was the Changzhou Forestry Machinery Factory of the Ministry of Forestry, which was restructured to joint-stock listed company and renamed Changlin Company Ltd. In October 2016, its name was changed to SINOMACH Changlin Company Limited. It was the birth place of the first wood loader in China.

Dingsheng Tiangong
Dingsheng Tiangong was formerly the Tianjin Machinery Manufacturing Factory established in 1905. It was incorporated into the First Ministry of Machine-Building in 1964 and belongs to the Machinery Bureau of National Construction Committee in 1978. It successfully researched and developed the motor grader in 1962 and became the birth place of the first motor grader in China.

SINOMACH-HI (Luoyang) Building Machinery Co., Ltd. was originally established in Shanghai in 1904 and then moved to Luoyang in 1954. It was formerly the Luoyang Building Machinery Factory of the Ministry of Construct, and became the birthplace of the first road roller in China.

It was formerly the Beijing Crane Factory of the No.1 Ministry of Industry Machinery and divided into two in 1965. One of them moved to Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, renamed as Changjiang Crane Factory. It is the birth place of the first hydraulic mobile crane in China.
